While FirstKey does not directly service loans, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure there is no interruption in the servicing of your mortgage, and we are working closely with our sub-servicers to make sure that borrowers are fully supported during this global pandemic.

More importantly, FirstKey has instructed its sub-servicers and confirmed they will comply with the relief measures required by the CARES Act, HUD, federal, state and local governments.
